Ray also spent six years consulting in the food industry including development, plant site selection and construction. • Ray has been with an NAI affiliate for eight years specializing in Retail services. • Ray has specialized further in helping owners reposition older retail centers with new vigor and prominence in the community. • Ray is active in several charities including a food bank on whose Board he severs.

• Represented a 30 acre retail center anchored by an 18 screen movie complex. Sold pad sites, offered build-to-suit deals and leased a strip center. • Repositioned 4 acre retail complex with new direction and tenants. • Found eight locations for Fantastic Sams franchisees since 2002 • Located a 3 acre site for the local Harley Davidson dealership • Helped develop two strip centers for a Papa Murphy's franchisee and completed leasing • Found locations locally for Keva Juice and helped them with NAI brokers across the country • Listed as the official brokerage for Moxie Java Coffee in all territories.
